Mind your body language:

The body language can go unintentionally wrong leaving a wrong impression on others. Be sure to maintain eye contact, mind your facial expression while communicating. Periodically arrange the team meeting. Ask the people what changes they need in the organization. Take the feedback, discuss the plans with them and different strategies you want to implement in the future.

Social media is one of the best platforms to communicate with customers. You can convey the message through the post and can see their views on that post.

Conversion with the people can make an organization aware of the consumer’s thoughts and behaviour; they can educate the employees and make the necessary changes in the product and services.
